Can a small group ask for a quote?
Yes. Tell us the quantity you need. We will confirm what is feasible for your materials, tag and packaging, including any minimums.
Can you add our destination and year?
Discuss custom tag engraving and printed cards with us. Send your wording or artwork for a feasibility review.
Can I see a sample first?
Sample specifications, charges, shipping and timing are agreed for each project before development.
How far ahead should we contact you?
Send the date you need the gifts and the delivery country. We will confirm a realistic schedule; rush delivery is not assumed.
Can the bracelets be ready as arrival or welcome gifts?
Yes — many groups present the bracelets at the welcome dinner or on arrival day. Share your arrival date and we will plan production and shipping backwards from it, with the sample approved first so there are no surprises.
Can one group order include different stones and sizes?
Yes. Mixed stone types, bead sizes and wrist sizes within a single group order are normal — hosts often choose one stone for the group and let key guests pick a variation.
