Why "exclusive agent" works better for buyers

Our partner factory does one thing well: producing natural crystal and semi-precious stone bracelets. It has no overseas sales team, no export department and no English-speaking order desk — by design, all of that is JSY Crystal. As the factory's exclusive overseas agent, we take every export order from first inquiry to final delivery, and the factory takes every one of our production requirements directly, with no trading companies in between.

For buyers, the arrangement removes the two classic problems of sourcing from China: the middleman margin and markup chain of a trading company, and the communication gap of a factory that cannot run an export order. You get factory-direct terms, and an overseas team that answers within 24 hours and stays responsible for your order after it ships.

From rough stone to finished bracelet

  1. 01 · Material selection

    Rough natural stone is selected and sorted for color and clarity before cutting — the step that decides the grade of everything after it.

  2. 02 · Cutting & shaping

    Stone is cut and shaped into beads to the ordered diameter, across the full range of bead sizes, including custom.

  3. 03 · Polishing & drilling

    Beads are polished for surface finish and drilled cleanly, so stringing sits smooth and wears comfortably.

  4. 04 · Grading & size sorting

    Finished beads are graded and sorted by color, clarity and exact size, so every bracelet in a batch matches.

  5. 05 · Stringing & finishing

    Bracelets are strung to the specified wrist size and bead count, with custom stone combinations and spacer details as ordered.

  6. 06 · QC & packing

    Counts, sizing, tension and finish are checked before packing; pre-shipment inspection arrangements are supported.

Factory questions

Is JSY Crystal a factory or a trading company?

JSY Crystal is the exclusive overseas agent of our partner factory. The factory produces every bracelet we sell and supplies factory-direct; it runs no export operation of its own, so JSY acts as its overseas department — handling all communication, customization, quality requirements and shipping for overseas buyers.

Can I inspect the goods before shipping?

Yes. We support pre-shipment inspection arrangements, and inspection photos or video can be provided before dispatch so you can verify grading, sizing and counts.

Can the factory produce custom designs, sizes and packaging?

Yes. Custom bead sizes, stone combinations, private-label pendants and tags, printed cards and gift packaging are part of the normal program. Specifications are confirmed with a physical sample before bulk production.

What are the production lead times?

Bulk production runs 15–30 days depending on quantity and customization, plus shipping — about 7–10 days by DHL or FedEx, or 25–35 days by sea freight.
