Consultation & Proposal
Within 24 HoursOur team reviews your inquiry and responds with a tailored proposal including gemstone recommendations, design options, pricing guidance and production timeline.
Sample Development
Upon RequestOnce we align on the design direction, we develop physical samples for your review. You can request revisions until the sample meets your exact requirements.
Sample Approval
1–3 DaysReview the samples and confirm your approval. Once approved, we finalize all production specifications and prepare for bulk manufacturing.
Bulk Production
15–30 DaysProduction begins immediately after sample approval. Our team manages the entire manufacturing process, maintaining consistent quality throughout.
Quality Inspection
2–3 DaysEvery piece undergoes thorough quality inspection before packing. We check gemstone quality, bracelet construction, sizing and packaging integrity.
Packing & Export
1–2 DaysProducts are carefully packed for international shipping. We prepare all export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.
International Delivery
7–14 DaysWe ship via DHL, FedEx or sea freight depending on your preference and timeline. Real-time tracking is provided throughout the delivery process.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 10 pieces per order, and styles, stones and sizes can be mixed freely within that total. For custom designs and private label, minimums for components such as printed packaging and tags are confirmed based on your specific requirements.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample development is a standard part of our process for custom and private label orders. We produce physical samples for your review and approval before bulk production begins.
How long does production take?
Standard production takes 15–30 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and complexity. Rush orders may be available — please discuss your timeline in your inquiry.
Do you offer private label / custom branding?
Yes. We offer full private label services including custom packaging, branded boxes, hang tags, product cards and logo application. See our Private Label page for details.
What gemstone types do you work with?
We work with 20+ natural gemstone types including Amethyst, Rose Quartz, Tiger Eye, Tourmaline, Black Obsidian, Citrine, Clear Quartz, Green Phantom, Gold Rutilated Quartz, Super Seven and more. Custom stone types available on request.
How do you protect my design confidentiality?
We take brand confidentiality seriously. NDAs are available on request. We do not share customer designs, product concepts or private label information with any third parties.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship via DHL, FedEx and sea freight. Express shipping typically takes 7–10 days. Sea freight is available for larger orders and takes 25–35 days. We provide tracking information for all shipments.
Can you help with product development if I don't have a design?
Absolutely. Many of our clients come to us with a concept or market direction rather than a finished design. Our team provides gemstone recommendations, design guidance and product development support throughout the process.
